Do you sell my data?
No we never sell your data, no matter how much they may ask us.

Do you store my data forever?
No, we only keep your data including imagery, analytics, and reporting for 6 months after the date of your last mission. After this, granted there is no mission booked in a 6 month period, we delete all of your data. This keeps you more secure because only you will have access to your data.

Do I receive reports automatically?
Yes, after your mission has been flown by our Pilot and your data uploaded to the BDSC you will automatically receive the report on your property complete with imagery, analytics, and reporting.

Am I paying extra for this?
No, access to the Big Data Storage Center and reporting by our Artificial Intelligence App, DroneFlight is completely complimentary and included as part of every Service.

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, if you want us to stop storing your data and delete your information from our servers, just send us an email and we'll stop the data feed, no questions asked.
